The Hobbywing Skywalker-40A-UBEC is an electronic speed controller (ESC) designed for remote control hobby aircraft and drones. It is capable of handling up to 40 amps of current and features a built-in UBEC (Universal Battery Elimination Circuit) that regulates voltage to power the receiver and servos. The Hobbywing Skywalker-40A-UBEC also has a smooth and linear throttle response, making it ideal for precision flying. Additionally, the ESC is programmable via a computer or programming card, allowing users to customize throttle response, braking, and other parameters to their liking. The compact and lightweight design of the Hobbywing Skywalker-40A-UBEC makes it easy to install and ideal for use in small to medium-sized aircraft and drones.

Hobbywing Skywalker-40A-UBEC ESC Although it is a budget choice, it is made within Hobbywing Factory, not an OEM cheapo. It uses Linear mode UBEC instead of Switching mode BEC (BEC is the circuit that powers the Servos), so the price can come down. Overall, Hobbywing Skywalker-40A-UBEC still does the job of providing 40A power to the motor, just a bit hotter than other Hobbywing Skywalker-40A.
